On today's Sunday walk, Brentwood Ramblers were joined by London Blind Ramblers.
We enjoyed a guided walk from Brentwood train station, from there we walked into King Georges playing fields. Which lead into Thordon Country Park, where we took our lunch break at the Thordon Visitors Centre. There was an option to eat your packed lunch or enjoy something to eat at the Essex Wildlife cafe. After lunch, Ramblers could take an extended lunch break, or take a 2-mile walk looping around Thordon park. Everyone met back up and walked through Barrack woods, before returning to the train station.
We would like to thank London Blind Ramblers for their company today. The weather was perfect and everyone enjoyed a walk in the Autumn sunshine.
